TERMS AND CONDITIONS & INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

This Terms and Conditions and Investment Management Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding document between AB Capital, a service operated under Abacadex.com ("Company", "We", "Us"), and any individual or entity ("Client", "User", "You") who voluntarily provides funds to the Company for cryptocurrency trading and portfolio management services. By accessing the website, registering, depositing funds, or using the service, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms contained herein.

1. Scope of Services: AB Capital provides discretionary cryptocurrency trading and digital asset portfolio management services. The Company trades on behalf of Clients using strategies determined solely by the Company. The Client acknowledges that the Company has full discretion over trading decisions once funds are deposited.

2. High Rewards Disclaimer: The Client acknowledges that trading in cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and rewards. While it is true that some individuals have achieved substantial profits, including becoming millionaires or billionaires, the Client should not expect unrealistic returns or abnormal gains.

3. Nature of Cryptocurrency Investments: Cryptocurrency markets are highly speculative, volatile, and unpredictable. Prices may fluctuate rapidly due to market sentiment, regulatory actions, liquidity changes, technological risks, or external events. The Client understands that digital asset trading carries a high level of financial risk.

4. Risk Acknowledgement: The Client expressly acknowledges that they may lose part or all of their invested capital. AB Capital does not provide capital insurance, loss protection, or guaranteed outcomes. Participation is entirely voluntary and at the Client’s own risk.

5. Client Representations and Responsibilities: The Client confirms that all funds provided are lawfully obtained and owned by them. The Client is responsible for understanding the risks and rewards.

6. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AB Capital from any claims, legal actions, losses, or expenses arising from the Client’s participation, investment decisions, or violation of this Agreement.

7. Suspension and Termination: AB Capital reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, illegal activity, or breach of these terms. Termination does not create any refund obligation.

8. Regulatory and Legal Disclaimer: AB Capital is not acting as a financial advisor, and the information provided should not be construed as personalized investment advice. The Client acknowledges that any decisions made regarding investments are their own decision.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the jurisdiction in which AB Capital operates. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by courts of competent jurisdiction.

10. Amendments AB Capital reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

11. Acceptance and Consent By registering, depositing funds, or clicking 'I Agree', the Client confirms full understanding of this Agreement, accepts all associated risks and rewards, and waives future claims against AB Capital related to losses and profits. Client Acknowledgment

I confirm that I have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the AB Capital Terms and Conditions and Investment Management Agreement. I acknowledge the risks involved in cryptocurrency trading and accept full responsibility.
